RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Vorneel, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request Assistance: Share your order number and clear photographs of the product. An unboxing video may also help us verify your request.

Product Condition: Where a product needs to be returned for verification, it should be unused and include its original packaging, tags, and accessories, where applicable.

Review and Approval: All requests will be reviewed and verified according to this policy and applicable consumer laws. Products damaged due to customer use or improper handling may not qualify for a return, subject to applicable law.

Refunds: For eligible and approved refunds, the refund will generally be processed within 5–7 business days after approval and the required product verification. The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Return Instructions: Please contact our support team and receive instructions before sending any product back. Do not dispatch a return without contacting us first.
